A blank canvas and a big question: how do you make underwater history feel easy to explore? This a mobile application designed to help diving and history enthusiasts discover, explore, and collect data on underwater shipwrecks.

This app didn´t exist yes. That was the brief — and the best part of it.


No legacy decisions to work around. No existing product to fix. Just a concept with real potential: a mobile app for discovering underwater shipwrecks, built for the kind of people who want the full story behind what's sitting on the ocean floor.


The challenge wasn't the concept. It was designing a system that could hold an enormous amount of historical data and still feel effortless to explore. User research first. Three rounds of wireframing. Usability testing with Maze. Each iteration brought us closer to something that felt inevitable — an ocean-inspired design system, built from scratch, that scales.


100% task completion in the final testing session. For a brand new product, that's the only number that matters.
